I worked hard all day to make sure that my time in the office was productive and didn't keep me there afterhours. My sister met me at 4:30 and we just got back from a great run! We've started running again and I feel so great!

Now just a bit of dinner and work on an assignment for class and I'm feeling good. A baby step, but a step nonetheless.
