Man am I cranky today. I work this afternoon and evening today and so I stupidly opened work email this morning while I was eating breakfast. The concept of 'team player' only seems to matter to team members when their projects are quickly approaching. It seems the idea of playing on the team mattered not while it's been my project.

Perhaps part of it is my fault...I'm too nice trying to schedule shifts around a work-life balance....for everyone but myself. I thought I was being nice about it. Of course when we are short staff and I need 1 day....1 f-ing day off...they are all too busy to take a shift.
