The tides of change. I've felt the small waves come in and out of my thoughts for the past few weeks now and I think the waves are getting bigger. Maybe I'm growing, maybe they are. What I'm definitely noticing is the distance that is growing between us. For many reasons I'm sure, but it is. And while part of me feels sad, disappointed, angry about it all, another part feels like I'm embarking into a new phase of my life and these people are shifting into their new roles. And...I'm settling into my new roles.
